District Court of the District of Idaho, Southern Division And the grand jurors aforesaid, upon their oaths aforesaid, do further present: That the said William F. Kettenbach and the said George H. Kester, each late of the City of Lewiston, in the State of Idaho, heretofore, to wit, on the tenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven, in the Division and District aforesaid, and within the jurisdiction of this court, were then and there President and Cashier respectively, that is to say, the said William F. Kettenbach was then and there the President, and the said George H. Kester was then and there the Cashier, of a certain National Banking Association, to wit, The Lewiston National Bank, located at the City of Lewiston, in the State of Idaho, theretofore duly organized and established, and [3] then and there existing and doing busi ness under and by virtue of the laws of the United States respecting national banks, and that they, the said William F. Kettenbach, and the said George H. Kester, so then and there on the date first aforemen tioned, being President and Cashier as aforesaid, did then and there, at the City of Lewiston, in the State of Idaho, and.
