This monograph, a sequel to the author's highly successfull A Mathematical Treatment of Economic Cooperation and Competition Among Nations: With Nigeria, USA, UK, China and Middle East Examples (Academic Press, 2005), extends the study to all member states of the United Nations. It derives the equations of the key economic variables of gross domestic product, interest rate, employment value of capital stock prices (inflation) and cumulative balance of payment. The derivation is based on the differential market principle of supply and demand and on the rational expectation principle. The models are validated using economic time series of each country and MATLAB programs. The emerging dynamics is a differential game of pursuit which is converted to a hereditary control system for a single nation. Following the same method we derive the full hereditary economic model of all members of the United Nations joined together by external trade, investment capital flow consumption employment and governments' economic intervention all mirrored by interacting gross domestic products. The system is validated with IMF and World Bank data.Studies are made on how to arrest economic recession and depression and promote economic growth and prosperity. Diffusion of wealth is also touched upon. Policies regarding economic stimulus, how to dam the decay of capital flow, as well as conditions to promote full employment are discussed. Examination is made to test for the global systems controllability the possibility of steering any current bad economic state to a state of growth of its GDP, low interest rate, full employment, good value of capital stock, low inflation and a positive value of the cumulative balance of payments. The book prescribes verifiable broad policies for all nations together to promote prosperity, diffusion of wealth and longevity. The book comes with full programs, output and identified equations which can be downloaded from the publishers' website. Detailed information is available inside the book. The book is a most valuable source of reference for world leaders, central bank directors, graduates and academic researchers in applied mathematics and applied economics concerned with the current problems and growth of the global economy.

This book provides an enduring response to modern economic problems and the consequent crises, dealing with the economic modelling of nations and the forecasting of economic growth. The main arguments embodied constitute the creation of jobs and the restoration of economic growth, using the implicit acceptance of analysis on differential models and neutral systems for controlling the wealth of nations.

Boundary Element Methods have become a major numerical tool in scientific and engineering problem-solving, with particular applications to numerical computations and simulations of partial differential equations in engineering. Boundary Element Methods provides a rigorous and systematic account of the modern mathematical theory of Boundary Element Methods, including the requisite background on general partial, differential equation methods, Sobolev spaces, pseudo-differential and Fredholm operators and finite elements. It aims at the computation of many types of elliptic boundary value problems in potential theory, elasticity, wave propagation, and structural mechanics. Also presented are various methods and algorithms for nonlinear partial differential equations. This second edition has been fully revised and combines the mathematical rigour necessary for a full understanding of the subject, with extensive examples of applications illustrated with computer graphics. This book is intended as a textbook and reference for applied mathematicians, physical scientists and engineers at graduate and research level. It will be an invaluable sourcebook for all concerned with numerical modeling and the solution of partial differential equations.

The book is mainly about hybrid systems with continuous/discrete-time dynamics. The major part of the book consists of the theory of equations with piece-wise constant argument of generalized type. The systems as well as technique of investigation were introduced by the author very recently. They both generalized known theory about differential equations with piece-wise constant argument, introduced by K. Cook and J. Wiener in the 1980s. Moreover, differential equations with fixed and variable moments of impulses are used to model real world problems. We consider models of neural networks, blood pressure distribution and a generalized model of the cardiac pacemaker. All the results of the manuscript have not been published in any book, yet. They are very recent and united with the presence of the continuous/discrete dynamics of time. It is of big interest for specialists in biology, medicine, engineering sciences, electronics. Theoretical aspects of the book meet very strong expectations of mathematicians who investigate differential equations with discontinuities of any type.

Since from more than a century, the study of various types of integral equations and inequalities has been focus of great attention by many researchers, interested both in theory and its applications. In particular, there exists a very rich literature related to the integral equations and inequalities and their applications. The present monograph is an attempt to organize recent progress related to the Multidimensional integral equations and inequalities, which we hope will widen the scope of their new applications. The field to be covered is extremely wide and it is nearly impossible to treat all of them here. The material included in the monograph is recent and hard to find in other books. It is accessible to any reader with reasonable background in real analysis and acquaintance with its related areas. All results are presented in an elementary way and the book could also serve as a textbook for an advanced graduate course. The book deserves a warm welcome to those who wish to learn the subject and it will also be most valuable as a source of reference in the field. It will be an invaluable reading for mathematicians, physicists and engineers and also for graduate students, scientists and scholars wishing to keep abreast of this important area of research.
