Johann Adam Forney was born in 1690 to Christian and Madle Frick Forney. He married Elizabetha Lowisa in January of 1713. "In the year 1721 on the 16th October ... Johann Adam Forney and wife Louisa [sic] with four children arrived at Philadelphia in Penn., having lived at Wachenheim-on-the-hart (Mountain) in the Palatinate ... He ...
