The final submission of the Manufacturer Field Operations Document shall: (1) include the information requested in this protocol; (2) conform to the format identified herein; and (3) conform to the specific NSF International (NSF) Equipment Verification Testing Plan or Plans related to the statement(s) of capabilities that are to be verified. The Manufacturer Field Operations Document may include more than one Testing Plan. For example, testing might be undertaken to verify performance of a package plant employing coagulation and filtration for arsenic removal and for removal of microbiological and particulate contaminants or for removal of disinfection by-product precursors.
