Dr. Larry T. Walthour serves as the Senior Pastor/Teacher of the Shiloh Baptist Church in York, Pennsylvania. He is a native of San Diego, California and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. He holds Doctoral Degrees in Ministry and Divinity and will complete PhD studies in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary.
