No cadet shall introduce any person into cadet quarters except by permission of the duty officer. 331. No cadet shall address an instructor on the subject of marks without permission of the commandant of cadets and the instructor addressed. REPORTS AND STATEMENTS. 332. Reports of delinquencies of cadets shall be entered in the conduct book provided for that purpose, as soon as possible after the commission of the offense, each report of a delinquency being signed by the officer, instructor, or cadet making it. The nature of the delinquency shall be stated with the number of demerits imposed, except as provided in article 292, Class I. 333. Reports against cadets involving their honor or grave military offenses must be first made personally to the superintendent by the officer making the report. If such report be made by a cadet, it shall be first made personally to the commandant of cadets, who shall lay the case before the superintendent. Such reports shall not be entered until after investigation by the superintendent and only by his direction. All other reports made by cadets shall be investigated by the commandant of cadets before being entered. 334. Not later than 7.45 a. m. each day the cadet officer of the day shall examine the conduct book referred to in article 332, and copy upon the conduct-report form the reports of delinquencies he finds entered therein. He shall copy these exactly as entered and sign the book to indicate that he has copied them. 335. The conduct report shall be published at the 8 a. m. formation on week days and at the 7.15 a. m. formation on Sundays, and shall be posted from the time of publication...
