The purpose of this Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) is to identify any potential environmental impacts from implementation of the Veteran's Village Project in the Town of Windsor, California. Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15367, the Town of Windsor is the Lead Agency in the preparation of this IS/MND and any additional environmental documentation required for the project. The Town has discretionary authority over the proposed project.
