Principles of Microbiological Troubleshooting in the Industrial Food Processing Environment provides proven approaches and suggestions for finding sources of microbiological contamination of industrially produced products. The aim of the FMICS workshop series is to provide a forum for researchers who are interested in the development and application of formal methods in industry.
