Golden Kite Award for Nonfiction Webster’s American Dictionary is the second most popular book ever printed in English. But who was that Webster? Noah Webster (1758–1843) was a bookish Connecticut farm boy who became obsessed with uniting America through language. He spent twenty years writing two thousand pages to accomplish that, and the first 100 percent American dictionary was published in 1828 when he was seventy years old. This clever, hilariously illustrated account shines a light on early American history and the life of a man who could not rest until he’d achieved his dream. An illustrated chronology of Webster’s life makes this a picture perfect bi-og-ra-phy [noun: a written history of a person's life].

In his second book about the coming horrendous WWIII nuclear fire war, Final Warning: WWIII Part Two, Gabriel Michaels deals with several end-time subjects. Among these are the rise of the Antichrist and the false prophet; the extensive preparations for WWIII that are being done by the United States, NATO, Russia, and Russia’s prophetic allies; and the end-time signs in the heavens. He also examines the question that everyone wants to know concerning the timing of Jesus’s return—when? I think you will be surprised by what God has shown him about this and how close we actually may be to WWIII and Jesus’s return at the Rapture. In easy-to-understand language, Gabriel Michaels shows that time is running out for man’s rule of earth. He shows how and why Jesus truly is coming to earth soon to set up his kingdom of one thousand years. If you have already read WWIII Part One, then, once you read this book, many of your questions concerning the end-times may well be answered. For the sake of you, your family, and your friends, you should know these things. We are quickly moving to a great climax in world history. This could quite literally be the final warning that many will hear. The sunset of man’s rule over Earth, his final generation to rule Earth, began May 14, 1948, when Israel became a nation. The sunrise of the rule of Earth by Jesus Christ, King of kings, is upon us and very few understand that. The prophet Daniel was told in Daniel 12:9 (NIV), “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.” The words of end-time prophecy are being unsealed in this book in a way you have probably never heard before. You can be one of those in the end-times, who would be among the wise, as the prophet was told in Daniel 12:10 (NIV), “None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.” Author Gabriel Michaels has studied for over fifty years to bring this word of warning to you, to help you understand the lateness of the hour in which you live. This is a warning done out of love. Please listen, before it’s too late! King Jesus is coming. Get ready for the return of the King!

Is God loving? The Bible says that God is love; however, it also portrays a God that floods the earth, takes the lives of the firstborn in Egypt, and lashes out time and again in His fury. How can a God of love be synonymous with the God of fury displayed in the Old Testament? Are we fools? “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowled≥ fools despise wisdom and instruction” (Pro 1:7). Twice in the Proverbs we’re told that the beginning of knowledge and wisdom is the fear of the Lord. Is it possible that we have become altogether ignorant simply because we’ve tossed out the Bible’s basic teaching on God’s fury? The Fury of God penetrates the paradox and shows that we cannot truly understand God’s love until we fully understand His fury. If believers today are truly abiding in God’s Word, they will come face-to-face with the fury of God, and its truth will bring satisfaction to their souls. God’s people must know the truth. They longingly desire it. The truth is that our God is a consuming fire. He is a jealous God. He is a holy God. He is an unchanging God. He is a triune God. Our God is a God of fury. It is that God, the God of the Scriptures, whom I hope to resurrect in the hearts and minds of His people with this book.

All the Glory of Adam examines Dead Sea Scroll texts which pertain to the Qumran community’s understanding of (a) a transcendent, angelomorphic or divine humanity and (b) the role of cultic space and time, and the experience of worship, in the formation of such a humanity. The book contains twelve chapters. The first three are devoted to material which either antedates or provides important cognate material to the peculiarly sectarian material studied in the remaining chapters (esp. the Book of Noah and Sirach). Chapters 4-6 examine texts devoted to a divine humanity (4Q381, Hodayoth, 1Q/4QInstruction etc.), the divine or angelic Moses (4Q374 & 4Q377) and the heavenly human priesthood (1QSb, 4Q511, 4Q418 81, 4Q545, 4Q541, 4Q468b etc.). The seventh chapter discusses the mystical and theophanic significance of the high priest’s breastpiece at Qumran. Chapters 8-11 are a revisionist reading of the Songs of the Sabbath Sacrifice as a liturgy for a divine humanity and chapter 13 proposes a new interpretation of 1QM 10-17 in the same vein. Apart from all DSS scholars the book will be useful for anyone working on biblical anthropology, messianism and Christology, and temple or cultic theology.
