The Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities: A Commentary, edited by Rainer Hofmann, Tove H. The Convention was opened for signature in 1995 and entered into force on 1 February 1998. While allegations of double standards are mostly voiced in relation to the EU, this book takes a multidimensional approach to the use of differential standards concerning minorities and minority protection.
