An in-depth, full-color, step-by-step guide to the new golf swing that has taken the PGA Tour by storm The traditional golf swing requires a level of coordination that few golfers have. So it's no surprise that, despite huge advances in club and ball technology, the average golf handicap in America has dropped by only one stroke since 1990. Maverick golf instructors Michael Bennett and Andy Plummer spent a decade researching the swing, eventually combining physiology and physics to create a method they dubbed the "Stack and Tilt." The result? Big-name pros like Mike Weir, Tommy Armour III, and Aaron Baddeley are already converts, and Bennett and Plummer are now two of the most soughtafter swing coaches in the game. Making these breakthroughs available to everyone, The Stack and Tilt Swing is a handsome, fully illustrated, complete course, packed with more than two hundred full-color photographs that make it easy for golfers at all levels to adopt this radical yet simple approach. Analyzing why the traditional swing won't work for most golfers, the authors explain the importance of keeping the upper body stacked over the lower body, while the spine tilts toward the target during the backswing, greatly reducing the inconsistencies created by the old-fashioned approach. Enhanced with practice routines, a troubleshooting list, test cases, and point-by-point assistance, this is the breakthrough guide to golf's hot new secret weapon.

A hands-on guide for communicating with babies in their first six months and nurturing their physical, social, and cognitive development, Your Self-Motivated Baby shows parents and other caregivers how to interact with very young infants and understand what they are expressing in their movements. Color photographs throughout the book show babies' motivation in play and how subtle interactions build bonding and encourage development. Following advice from author Beverly Stokes, a seasoned developmental movement educator, adults learn how to relate to babies and communicate effectively with them. Beverly Stokes makes it clear that preverbal babies are giving cues for caregiver participation very early on; it's up to us to try to understand them better. By communicating with babies sensitively in the first six months of their lives, we help them to establish the foundation for a healthy, confident, and joyful life. Beverly Stokes is a leader in developmental movement education whose book Amazing Babies Moving has been translated into five languages and is used together with its companion video series in university graduate and undergraduate programs in early childhood education, somatic psychology, and parenting programs internationally. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her partner, Dr. Louis Stokes.

Hidden deep within our galaxy is another world of dozens of planets, each one containing and supporting different yet extraordinary life—life that cannot possibly be understood by our simple existence. In this hidden world, there is a ruling planet, one with the supremacy and dominance to control and maintain peace throughout this unknown and untamed vastness for millennia—but in this very different and hidden world, danger lies in wait. It waits for the day when it can crawl back from the darkness to swallow everything whole, when it can take vengeance on those that did it wrong so long ago. Now this evil has stretched out its taloned darkness to our world, and in order to keep peace and destroy this hungering evil, a savior from the hidden vastness must follow into our time. He must come to our world in order to stop this evil from trying to conquer all. This savior is charged with the safety and protection of our world, but with his aid comes the aid of people that are friendlier and keener to our world—people that live here among us but are just as extraordinary as the one trying to save us and just as powerful as the evil plaguing us. Will this savior be capable of awakening the Soul Star, or will the evil consume this plain and get what it has come for? Will the Devilry Hunters unite once again under the banner once lost to save their home, or will their humanity weaken them and allow this evil to prosper?

Yantra Yoga, the Buddhist parallel to the Hathayoga of the Hindu tradition, is a system of practice entailing bodily movements, breathing exercises, and visualizations. Originally transmitted by the mahasiddhas of India and Oddiyana, its practice is nowadays found in all schools of Tibetan Buddhism in relation to the Anuttaratantras, more generally known under the Tibetan term trulkhor, whose Sanskrit equivalent is yantra. The Union of the Sun and Moon Yantra (Phrul 'khor nyi zla kha sbyor), orally transmitted in Tibet in the eighth century by the great master Padmasambhava to the Tibetan translator and Dzogchen master Vairochana, can be considered the most ancient of all the systems of Yantra, and its peculiarity is that it contains also numerous positions which are also found in the classic Yoga tradition. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, one of the great living masters of Dzogchen and Tantra, started transmitting this profound Yoga in the seventies and at that time wrote this commentary, which is based on the oral explanations of some Tibetan yogins and siddhas of the twentieth century. All Western practitioners will benefit from the extraordinary instructions contained in this volume.
