This is a progress report on the Black Creek sediment control project. This project is to determine the environmental impact of land use on water quality and has completed its third year of watershed activity. The project, which is directed by the Allen County Soil and Water Conservation District, is an attempt to determine the role that agricultural pollutants play in the degradation of water quality in the Maumee River Basin and ultimately in Lake Erie.
