Abstract: A 1987 U.S. congressional hearing report for federal and state program managers and policy makers involved in federal food assistance programs provides testimony offered in 23 detailed statements by key leaders summarizing accomplishments in attempting to improve the effectiveness of coordinating principal food assistance programs.
