H., For the Year Ending December 31, 1958 The 1958 City Council rescinded a motion taken by the previous City Council, and changed the route of the proposed sewer line to the South eastern New Hampshire Industrial Park, later approving a Bond Issue of for this installation. The N. H. Industrial Park Authority has built a pilot building, the Boston and Maine has provided a railroad sid ing, and the Industrial Park should be a boom industrially, to this fast growing area. In the case of the Tax Collector, Edgar Bois, several suits have been brought to protect the City of Dov er for monies due and owing the City for taxes and water bills. I assume that a perusal of the Tax Collector's Report will satisfy as to the effort taken and the amount of money collected thereby.
