This collection consists of Board of Architectural Review (BAR) minutes recorded between July 1963 and December 2004. Minutes from regular meetings include a roll call of present members, approval of the preceding minutes, BAR member disclosures, and any public comments, presentations, or petitioner remarks presented at the meeting. Minutes of public hearings on cases relating to the H-1 and H-2 Overlay Districts, or relating to signage, are included. Minutes also include staff reports on administrative approvals presented. Bylaws of the BAR as adopted in 1991 and amended in 1999 and a case log recording all cases between 1963 and 2000 are included in Box 3.
