This document represents the second amendment to the 1992 Florida Rail Plan Update, the first having been prepared in 1993. It contains the analyses of nine project candidates that met the benefit-cost criterion to qualify them for federal assistance funds derived from the Local Rail Freight Assistance Program (LRFA). Two of the project candidates appeared in the 1993 Amendment and have been revised as necessary to reflect current conditions.
