William Ridenhour, Chairman of the Committee on Credentials and Enrollment, reported that 197 ministers and 142 lay delegates, making a total of 339, had registered up to that hour. It was evident that'a quorum was present, and President Conrad ruled that the convention was constituted for the dispatch Of business. The hour had now arrived for the Service of the Holy Communion.
