This report contains suggested standards for the establishment of districts; and within each district, regulations for land use, lot sizes, height and bulk of buildings and other structures, percentage of lots which may be occupied, required side yards, setbacks and other open space requirements and density of population. Also included are procedures for enforcement and administration, amendments and appeal, and penalties for violations.
