This book is divided in three sections, which the author considered very important to improve future relations with Latin-American countries and the large Latino community in the United States. The first one is how the two cultures view each other. The second one is an analysis of the Latino community in the USA. And finally, he offers some advice for Americans traveling to the Latin countries. Not less important is the standing of the Latino community inside the USA, their concerns and their sensitivities to social and political matters.
