The Rascos from England to Virginia, North Carolina and elsewhere. The first identified ancestor, William Rasco (ca. 1750-1806), married Rachel Harrell, daughter of Phereby (Fereby) and Jesse Harrell of Bertie Co., North Carolina, in 1777 in Bertie County.
