In New York Times bestselling author Alexandra Ivy’s third bone-chilling romantic thriller set in Pike, Wisconsin, a small town with more secrets than residents, a cold case expert and her sheriff ex-husband reunite to solve a cold case when footage of a bound and gagged girl is discovered on a mysterious old VHS tape. WHEN IT COMES TO KILLING A dead man in a cemetery isn’t news—unless he’s found on top of a grave, with a bullet through his head. The body belongs to Jude Henley, who was supposed to be buried below. Instead, the grave contains the remains of Staci Gale, thought to have run away nearly three decades ago. Then an old VCR tape arrives at the sheriff station, showing Staci before her death—bound and terrified—with a note, claiming to be from the killer’s apprentice... PRACTICE Rachel Fisher’s job in cold case files has brought her back to Pike, Wisconsin—where she’ll be working alongside her ex-husband, Zac Evans. As Pike’s interim sheriff, Zac expected a low-key assignment. Instead, he and Rachel are racing to solve serial murders from decades past while a new monster goads them with a chilling promise. Every week there’ll be another old tape—and a fresh victim... MAKES PERFECT... In this small town a killer walks—twisted, ruthless, determined to continue his master’s work. And unless Rachel and Zac can find a way to get ahead of him, the nightmare will never end.

Have you come to grip with that which plaques you on a continuous bases? Are you still clueless to this thing called life? Do you end up on a dead end street after you have read the instructions warning you not to go? Have your whys, your wheres, hows, whens, and whats been answered and you are still baffled to the conclusion of the matter? Well if your answer is yes to any these questions you may just be tampering with unstableness. This book was compiled from a life that was stuck in a place called "unstable". I wrote this book with you in mind, realizing the biggest fight you are, will or have been in is the one against your mind. If you would be totally honest trying figure it out whatever it may be, has cause your mind to warp, causing you to become psychologically exhausted. James1: 8 declares a double-minded is unstable in all his ways. This book begins to rattle the cage of men who have been damage by the opinions of men, systems of doubt and disbelief dangling over their manhood. Broken, battered, and bewildered, you can't move out that place of yesterday, the effects have paralyzed you today and tomorrow doesn't even exist. The whole purpose of this book is to first help all not only men, to understand that solving your unstableness do not resolve over indulgence of substances giving temporary satisfaction. It's only coming through the power of the living God who gives us all things pertaining to life and godliness. Please understand unstableness is a disease caused by the interjection of ignorance, Embrace by acceptance of suggestions. You may have made a mistake but you are not one. If you dare to read this book, prepare for a stable mind to begin.

This clinical practice guideline was developed by a 19-member panel that included physicians, cardiovascular nurse specialists, a public health representative, & a consumer representative. Their recommendations outline a comprehensive care plan for patients with unstable angina, further refined by peer & pilot review. The guideline is written to be directly applicable to patient care & is intended for use by a broad range of health care practitioners, including cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, family practitioners, internists, & nurses. Charts, graphs, tables & glossary. Also includes a 20-page Patient & Family Guide, Managing Unstable Angina.Ó

A critical phase in coronary heart disease, unstable angina, is thoroughly discussed in contributions by well-known experts. Since myocardial infarction still belongs to the main causes of death, this topic is highly relevant for the present research and possible future treatment of coronary heart disease. The major recent advances made in the pathophysiology, diagnosis and therapy of unstable angina are reported in depth.

This work is concerned with the design of PID controllers, calculation of set point weighting parameter and identification of transfer function models for unstable systems with time delay and without or with a zero.

Originating from research in the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations, this book follows the authors’ work on structurally stable planar quadratic polynomial differential systems. In the present work the authors aim at finding all possible phase portraits in the Poincaré disc, modulo limit cycles, of planar quadratic polynomial differential systems manifesting the simplest level of structural instability. They prove that there are at most 211 and at least 204 of them.

This volume presents the proceedings of workshops on stable homotopy theory and on unstable homotopy theory held at The Field Institute as part of the homotopy program for the year 1996. The papers in the volume describe current research in the subject, and all included works were refereed. Rather than being a summary of work to be published elsewhere, each paper is the unique source for the new material it contains. The book contains current research from international experts in the subject area, and presents open problems with directions for future research.

A comprehensive account of one of the main directions of algebraic topology, this book focuses on the Sullivan conjecture and its generalizations and applications. Lionel Schwartz collects here for the first time some of the most innovative work on the theory of modules over the Steenrod algebra, including ideas on the Segal conjecture, work from the late 1970s by Adams and Wilkerson, and topics in algebraic group representation theory. This course-tested book provides a valuable reference for algebraic topologists and includes foundational material essential for graduate study.

Cardiovascular disease affects 20% of all Americans and is the leading cause of death in the USA. Every year approximately 1,500.000 Americans suffer from an acute myocardial infarction, and over 25% of the total number of deaths in this country are attributable to coronary artery disease. Unstable angina causes over 650,000 hospital admissions, and in the absence of medical therapy, the rate of progression from unstable angina to infarction is 12-20%. Since plaque disruption, plaque erosion, and acute intracoronary thrombus formation play major roles in the pathophysiology of both unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction, and since the two disease entities represent a continuum of coronary ischemic syndromes, it is appropriate to discuss the two disease states in a single monograph. Unstable Coronary Artery Syndromes, Pathophysiology, Diagnosis and Treatment will offer the clinician a reference book which coherently discusses the pathophysiology of acute ischemic syndromes as well as remarks diagnosis and treatment strategies. Geared toward internists and cardiologists, the book should allow the reader to understand the pathophysiology of unstable coronary artery syndromes and subsequently apply this knowledge to patient care.
