TRADOC Pamphlet (Pam) 525-8-3, The U.S. Army Training Concept, 2012-2020, is the Army's visualization of how it will provide training for units to execute full-spectrum operations in a joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational operational environment. TRADOC Pam 525-8-3 is the foundation for the development of unit training for future Army forces and serves as the baseline for follow-on CBA as a part of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System effort. As the basis for performing this assessment, TRADOC Pam 525-8-3 suggests a set of capabilities that guide how a future commander may utilize training across the domains of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) to augment mission capabilities.
