TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is a very common method for Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem in crisp as well as uncertain environment. The interval trapezoidal neutrosophic number can handle incomplete, indeterminate and inconsistent information which are generally occurred in uncertain environment.

VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) is a popular strategy for multi- attribute decision making (MADM). We extend the VIKOR strategy for MAGDM problems in trapezoidal neutrosophic number environment. In decision making situation, single-valued trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers are employed to express the attribute values. Then we develop an extended VIKOR strategy to deal with MAGDM in single-valued trapezoidal neutrosophic number environment. The influence of decision-making mechanism coefficient is presented. To illustrate and validate the proposed VIKOR strategy, an illustrative numerical example of MAGDM problem is solved in trapezoidal neutrosophic number environment.

Many multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) strategies have been introduced in the literature to deal with decisionmaking problems in uncertain environment. Many of them are based on fuzzy numbers and they are not able to cope with indeterminacy and inconsistency involving in decision making. In recent years, some neutrosophic multi-attribute group decision-making strategies have been successfully developed to deal with uncertainty, indeterminacy, and inconsistency in decision making. Among them, TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision making) strategy based on prospect theory has received more attention due to its great performance in considering the bounded rationality of decision makers. In this paper, we develop a TODIM strategy to deal with multi-attribute group decisionmaking problem in trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers environment. To establish the TODIM strategy, we employ score function, accuracy function, and Hamming distance function for trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers. Lastly, we solve an illustrative numerical example to show the applicability and usefulness of the proposed strategy. A comparison analysis is also provided.

Earthquakes are the leading natural disasters that seriously affect human life. Furthermore, earthquakes are natural disasters that have the ability to trigger a second disaster in addition to the damages they cause. From this point of view, post-earthquake fires are defined as the one of the most dangerous secondary disasters after an earthquake and often cause even more serious dangers. For this reason, government officials and relevant decision-makers should effectively determine post-earthquake fire risks and take necessary precautions. In this study, we consider the problem of determining the fire risk after an earthquake as a multi-criteria decision problem and present a two-level framework for risk assessment. The main and sub-criteria are determined by a detailed literature review and Modified Delphi method is employed to gain and consolidate expert opinions.

Neutrosophic set theory provides a new tool to handle the uncertainties in shortest path problem (SPP). This paper introduces the SPP from a source node to a destination node on a neutrosophic graph in which a positive neutrosophic number is assigned to each edge as its edge cost. We define this problem as neutrosophic shortest path problem (NSSPP). A simple algorithm is also introduced to solve the NSSPP. The proposed algorithm finds the neutrosophic shortest path (NSSP) and its corresponding neutrosophic shortest path length (NSSPL) between source node and destination node.
