In this first book of a trilogy on the life of Mary Magdalene, Estelle Isaacson presents her visions of the life of "the Apostle to the Apostles" as seen through Magdalene's own eyes. Following a Prologue "in the starry heavens," Part One encompasses Magdalene's childhood, her journeys and education in Egypt, her struggle with temptations, and her conversion. Part Two takes the reader through some of Magdalene's experiences as she lays down her former life and follows Jesus as his disciple. Part Three visits the Lazarus mysteries and includes revelations concerning his initiation, death, and resurrection. Part Four comprises five appendices presenting subsidiary visions. Among these are two visions of Magdalene's mysterious sister Silent Mary, a figure otherwise unknown except through the earlier visions of the Catholic stigmatist Anne Catherine Emmerich (1774-1824). The book is graced with many illustrations by James J. Tissot (1836-1902), whose work resonates also with Estelle in a very special way, the artist's depictions being so very close to what she herself witnesses in vision. Those who find this volume valuable and inspiring will be glad to know of two further volumes of the trilogy, and that works on other subjects drawn from the ongoing wellspring of Estelle's visions will follow. Book II of the Magdalene trilogy is subtitled From Initiation to the Passion, and Book III is subtitled From the Ascension to Journeys in Gaul. "Estelle invites us to stand witness by her side, in community with the Logos and with Sophia. She tells us we need not wait until we are perfect, for Christ comes to us now!" -From the Introduction "This book is a truly remarkable work on Mary Magdalene, in which the mysteries she lived through are re-experienced through her eyes in a most touching and tangible way." -Robert Powell, author The Mystery, Biography & Destiny of Mary Magdalene.

Estelle Isaacson presents further visions of the life of Mary Magdalene in this second book of the trilogy Through the Eyes of Mary Magdalene, subtitled From Initiation to the Passion. As before, this text is graced with many illustrations by James J. Tissot. Part One opens two months after the raising of Lazarus, as Jesus returns from his journeys in pagan lands. Magdalene hears of the time he spent with the Magus who had visited the infant Jesus bearing gifts of gold. We are then taken into a series of initiations she underwent in a secluded cave in preparation for the Passion. In Part Two we learn of plots against Jesus and witness the Triumphant Entry, the Cleansing of the Temple, the Address to the Greeks, and another anointing by Magdalene. Part Three encompasses the Passion and Resurrection. The betrayal by Judas is depicted in detail, as well as the consequences of his deed for his soul. New light is shone upon many mysteries of the Passion: from Jesus's Agony in the Garden to the dream of Pilate's wife Claudia, from the merging of Lazarus with John of Zebedee under the Cross to the great mystery of Magdalene's role in the Passion. The crowning event of this book is of course the glorious Resurrection-the most important event of all time!-which we witness through Magdalene's eyes, gaining new insight into its profound mystery. Part Four comprises seven appendices that shed light on themes raised in the text, including a vision of the Gold King as a youth, and visions of Cassius and Abenadar-the two centurions converted at the cross.

Through the Eyes of Mary Magdalene unravels the untold truth and hidden mysteries that are most relevant to our time. Though the Roman Church of Constantine destroyed the roots of Christianity, true knowledge cannot be suppressed. When a religion's roots are destroyed, it is no longer possible to draw spiritual substance from its source. In our time different streams of knowledge had to connect to that source. Research of the world's religions and science and of the inner and the outer worlds revealed the connectedness of the human microcosm to the macrocosm. Sooner or later true knowledge re-emerges into the consciousness of those who seek. Mary Magdalene has been providing leadership by being the mirror to humankind. When you see her, you see yourself. Dr. Leonilla Ageira was born in Mulky, a coastal town in the South of India. Very early in life she developed a keen interest in spirituality. She has a doctoral degree from the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra, and a master's degree in Metaphysical sciences from the University of Metaphysics in California, U.S.A. Dr. Ageira is the founder of BODHI-a Centre for Human Growth into Consciousness and Resource Center for Training and Development. These centers work with a unique approach to bringing about transformation in individuals and society.

Estelle Isaacson presents further visions of the life of Mary Magdalene-spanning more than three decades-in this third volume of the trilogy Through the Eyes of Mary Magdalene, subtitled From the Ascension to Journeys in Gaul. Once again, the text is illustrated by the paintings of James J. Tissot. Part One opens on the morning after the Resurrection and takes us through the 50 days leading up to the Ascension, which we witness, receiving new revelations regarding this mysterious event. In Part Two we follow Magdalene as she lives in hiding for approximately three years, teaching and healing in secret, until captured and sent to sea-along with her siblings Lazarus and Martha, Celidonius, Maximin, and Sarah and Marcella (handmaids to Magdalene and Martha)-in a boat without tiller. Part Three opens as the seven arrive in Gaul. Many exciting events take place in that new land: Magdalene drives away barbarians, befriends a chieftain, and spends time in the wilderness contemplating Christ Jesus's sacrifice and resurrection, while doing her great work of expiation. Meanwhile, Martha sets to work, building up a women's assembly and strengthening the church in Aix-en-Provence, while Lazarus becomes first bishop of the new church in Gaul. Eventually Magdalene retreats to a cave to live out her final years. During that time she is blessed with divine visions, especially of the Virgin Mother, and is also visited by the hermit Marceaux and other devotees. Her glorious death is portrayed in vivid detail. The Epilogue brings us forward to the time of the Grail. Part Four offers eight appendices: Touching the Hem of Jesus's Cloak; The Holy Women Speak of Sophia (concerning appearances of Magdalene throughout time); A Message from the Lady of the Cross; The Temple of the Being of Magdalene; The Ascension and Entombment; The Sacrament of the Communion of Fishes; The Birth of Zarathustra, concerning also the eternal mission of the Three Kings; and Eternal Israel. "Magdalene calls us to the Resurrection; she invites us all to become, with her, 'first witnesses.' The Resurrection is an eternal event; it still lives! We also can be 'first' to behold the Resurrection, standing in the place of Magdalene. Just as she was the first to behold the Risen One in the physical realm over two millennia ago, so now can we be 'first witnesses' in our own time." -From the Prologue "Everyone seeking deeper meaning in life may find edification from reading and contemplating the extraordinary and penetrating visions presented in the Mary Magdalene trilogy."-Robert Powell, author of The Mystery, Biography, and Destiny of Mary Magdalene.

--WALL STREET JOURNAL BESTSELLER-- The Gospel of Mary Magdalene reveals a very different love story from the one we've come to refer to as Christianity. Harvard-trained theologian Meggan Watterson leads us verse by verse through Mary's gospel to illuminate the powerful teachings it contains. A gospel, as ancient and authentic as any of the gospels that the Christian bible contains, was buried deep in the Egyptian desert after an edict was sent out in the 4th century to have all copies of it destroyed. Fortunately, some rebel monks were wise enough to refuse-and thanks to their disobedience and spiritual bravery, we have several manuscripts of the only gospel that was written in the name of a woman: The Gospel of Mary Magdalene. Mary's gospel reveals a radical love that sits at the heart of the Christian story. Her gospel says that we are not sinful; we are not to feel ashamed or unworthy for being human. In fact, our purpose is to be fully human, to be a "true human being"- that is, a person who has remembered that, yes, we are a messy, limited ego, and we are also a limitless soul. And all we need to do is to turn inward (again and again); to meditate, like Mary Magdalene, in the way her gospel directs us, so that we can see past the ego of our own little lives to what's more real, and lasting, and infinite, and already here, within. With searing clarity, Watterson explains how and why Mary Magdalene came to be portrayed as the penitent prostitute and relates a more historically and theologically accurate depiction of who Mary was within the early Christ movement. And she shares how this discovery of Mary's gospel has allowed her to practice, and to experience, a love that never ends, a love that transforms everything.

New York Times Bestseller. With just the right mixture of humor and insight, compassion and incredulity, A Year of Biblical Womanhood is an exercise in scriptural exploration and spiritual contemplation. What does God truly expect of women, and is there really a prescription for biblical womanhood? Come along with Evans as she looks for answers in the rich heritage of biblical heroines, models of grace, and all-around women of valor. What is "biblical womanhood" . . . really? Strong-willed and independent, Rachel Held Evans couldn't sew a button on a blouse before she embarked on a radical life experiment--a year of biblical womanhood. Intrigued by the traditionalist resurgence that led many of her friends to abandon their careers to assume traditional gender roles in the home, Evans decides to try it for herself, vowing to take all of the Bible's instructions for women as literally as possible for a year. Pursuing a different virtue each month, Evans learns the hard way that her quest for biblical womanhood requires more than a "gentle and quiet spirit" (1 Peter 3:4). It means growing out her hair, making her own clothes, covering her head, obeying her husband, rising before dawn, abstaining from gossip, remaining silent in church, and even camping out in the front yard during her period. See what happens when a thoroughly modern woman starts referring to her husband as "master" and "praises him at the city gate" with a homemade sign. Learn the insights she receives from an ongoing correspondence with an Orthodox Jewish woman, and find out what she discovers from her exchanges with a polygamist wife. Join her as she wrestles with difficult passages of scripture that portray misogyny and violence against women.

Experience Mary Magdalene as a rising teacher in today's spiritual arena. In sharing her long-hidden teaching, Mary shows us what it is to be a powerful, spiritual woman in complete union with her beloved male partner (Yeshua) and the Divine Masculine. MARY MAGDALENE BECKONS was birthed over a one month period, when Mary Magdalene came daily to author Mercedes Kirkel with her extraordinary messages.
