In Book 3 of The Wizard Without a Wand, Oscar Henry spends his summer trying to figure out how he can possibly earn enough money to return to Wizard School. His Folks could have possibly figured out how to cope with either his enormity or his gentleness, one or the other. But they can’t figure out how to cope with both. And that means they can’t help their son figure out how to cope with it either. They had hoped that Wizard School would help, but it hasn’t. So they send Oscar Henry out into the world to figure it out. Why didn’t Oscar Henry tell someone he wouldn’t be returning? Why didn’t he tell the Tensome? Why didn’t he tell the Tomtons? Why oh Why oh Why? In this book, Oscar Henry becomes friends with two Hobos – Duosity Lemon and Hobo Sam. And they’re off to have a great time! Rating G; Reading Level Easy 5th Grade; Longest Word: Classifications Oscar Henry Woodmaker is a young teenager when he starts Wizard School. However, he’s very tall and very strong. Due to his size, bullies fear him and he becomes a protector for his friends. What the bullies don’t know is that Oscar Henry is the gentlest person at Wizard School. And he’s ok with that. Oscar Henry found out about Wizard School because the Wizard School Train would come through the railroad yard where he worked. His parents think it’s a school named after somebody named Wizard. They don’t know anything about magic. Oscar Henry goes home after his first year. Now he is 9 feet tall. His parents can’t figure him out. At that size, he should have been on the football team. But he’s too gentle. His parents ask Oscar Henry to go out into the world to figure out who he is and what his place in the world is. So he takes off, catching a ride on a freight train with two hobos who are his friends. They find jobs in various places. Oscar Henry is always trying to earn more so that he can return to Wizard School. But no matter how hard he tries, he just can’t make enough to do that. It’s not so much that he wants to return to Wizard School. But he misses his friends. And if he doesn’t return, he’ll never see them again. But a miracle is just around the corner. Read the book to find out what that is.

In this part of the Series, The Wizard Without a Wand, we follow the story of a Wand as it searches for its Wizard. For every Wand has a particular Wizard, just as every Wizard has a particular Wand. Indeed, when a Wizard uses a Wand, they become indistinguishable. Just how did this Wand come to be? How did it end up in the Underground City? How does its story interweave with that of Shmedley Thrumbledack who is the Wizard Without a Wand. Rating G; Reading Level Easy 5th Grade; Longest Word: Indistinguishable This Wand’s name is Accoustical Light. I don’t know if every Wand has a name. But why not, if they’re as important as Wizards? Not just any Wand will work for Shmedley Thrumbledack. For he’s not just a Wizard, he’s a magical being. And only a magical being can make a Wand for a magical being? So, who would have made it? Accoustical Light’s story starts 400 years ago with Professor Malkius Wontlemoot, the last Professor of Wandmaking. After Malkius stopped teaching to wander the countryside, Wandmaking was no longer taught in Wizard Schools. This was much to the relief of several students. Instead, Wands were made by guilds. And only apprentices were taught how to make Wands. Accoustical Light and Shmedley Thrumbledack come close to meeting each other, but in the end, it’s only through a strange twist of events, that they wind up together.

I’ve been following advances in Electric Cars for nearly 50 years and advances in Hybrids for 15. I started following Electric Cars while writing a paper in History Class in 7th grade on current events. I started following Hybrids when the Honda Insight was released in 1999. I also started following Fuel Cell Cars about that same time. The Xybrid expands on Hybrid technologies, discussing new, potential, and conceptual technologies. If you’re interested in cars, and especially if you’re interested in Hybrids and Electric Cars, then this book is for you, whether you understand how cars work or not. The bear charged the door and bounced right off. On the other side of the door, the maid was leaning against the door, exuding love to it with all her might. Another of my mystical poetry books in the series: The Language of the Wind. In this book, we look at things from the horizon. But the horizon is just another way of saying the edge. Sometimes when looking at things from the edge, it's the edge of getting happy or the edge of going crazy. Sometimes you're pulled back from the brink just in time. In this book there are White Water Journeys, the Outer Wondrousness, the Perihelion of Bliss, Dreamscapes and Funnels, Wisdom, Cunning, and Loneliness, Rhythms on the Brink, the Inner Marvel, and Heart Tonic. Then we get really close with Approaching the Edge, perhaps a little too closely. Instilling the Edge, You can't get closer than this. Of course that's only true until you do. Then you're on the Far Edge of the Horizon. I've also included a couple of mystical short stories - Miguelito: The smallest sueno (dream). That Hole Inside You, featuring your favorite striped mammal - Skunk. Mystics try to describe the indescribable with words. They bring you in touch with the spiritual world. Some mystical writing is hard to understand. I'd like to think that mine is easy. And some of it is very humorous. Of course, what could be more spiritual than chocolate? I've included two poems on that. Rating G. Reading Level: Very Easy 4th Grade. Longest Word: Tremendousness

In book three, The Dancer becomes the Dancer Magnifique. And the story’s focus is more on her daughter, who is now The Dancer. She curtsied to herself in the mirror, and as she did so, her reflection in the mirror curtsied back to her. She tried it again, and without fail, the mirror curtsied back to her. What a marvelous invention she thought, a curtsying mirror. Of course it was just a normal mirror, but she liked being fanciful and pretending that it was a special mirror, one which obeyed her every command. She curtsied to the mirror once more. Then fully assured of her command over the mirror, she walked away. But the figure in the mirror didn’t move. She couldn’t believe she was not in control of her special mirror, so she just kept walking out the door, even though her reflection did not follow. Besides she was late for dinner, her mother would be expecting her. The Dancer tells her mother. The Shaman, the Dancer’s Grandmother, insists that the Dancer must fix the mirror all by herself. Will anyone defy the Shaman and help the Dancer fix the mirror? How would she even start to fix it?

Strange things started to take place in the year 2000. Earth split in two - though few noticed. There was now our Earth and the Parallel Earth. On that other Earth, Babies were being born - nothing abnormal about that. However, a few of these babies had pointed ears. Those babies were also slightly longer than normal. That was not so different. But, each baby was quickly whisked into hiding by its parent(s) and an unlikely protector. Twenty-one years later, those children would start to come out of hiding. Now that they were adults and very different from others, how would others react to them? Would these children help us save or world? Or, would they destroy it? This book contains several 1-page novels.
