About my book: The book entitled "The Shattered Dream"( A bouquet of short stories) is my maiden creation in which I endeavoured to present such stories which mainly highlight the dark elements and sinister as well as malicious intent of some hidden enemies who besiege us from all around thereby ruining our peace and serenity of minds. The common man sometimes feel utterly miserable and lonesome in dealing with such malignant forces. Life is not always a bed of roses for everybody; rather, it is replete with unconquerable and insurmountable diabolical elements casting their magical spell on all of us thereby making us enchained in their fetters without presenting any exit passage whatsoever therefrom. All the stories of this book not only raise thought-provoking questions in the minds of the readers but they also make them experience the pangs and sufferings of this mundane yet mysterious world along with the protagonists of each story. The purpose of this book is to explore the bitter truth of human life which is mostly poignant and filled with profound sorrow and grief.
