October 30. - A few days ago at a marriage in Kirkhill, the mother of the bridegroom, who was 96 years old, was so elevated on the occasion that she sang and danced, and entertained the company with 80 years old stories, and would have no other music than the Highland bag pipe, which she said was always the music that Lord Lev-at and the lairds of her day danced to on similar occasions.
