In July 2016, serial rapist Leroy Campbell was released from prison, having spent seventeen years behind bars for yet another horrific sexual offence. Just four months later, he brutally raped and murdered a stranger, Lisa Skidmore, in her own home. He subjected her to a horrendous two-hour ordeal.
