The current issues of bonds draw four and one-half per cent interest, payable semi-annually, and it is safe to predict that in normal times such bonds drawing four per cent and even less will find a ready market, which will result in a corresponding decrease in the interest rate of loans, or increase the dividends to borrowing farmer stock holders.
