This catalogue contains descriptions and detailed indexing of the correspondence and papers of George Bernard Shaw and his wife Charlotte, acquired by the British Library. These include Shaw letters found amongst the personal papers of his various correspondents, documents relating to publication, translation and performance of his works from the archive of the Society of Authors, scripts of the plays submitted for licensing to the Lord Chamberlain and thirty-seven volumes of correspondence and papers of Charlotte Shaw.
