What did you do during lockdown and the Covid19 pandemic? For many, it changed their lives forever - This book covers one year during that period but is a positive look at the way people can become creative during those darker times in our modern history. It was also a time that saw huge increases on Social Media - and YouTube saw the biggest increases, whether people started channels of their own or wanted to learn new skills. It was 3 August 2020 and Stephen and Yhana went out and filmed their very first video. They had a rough idea of what kind of content they wanted to create and as a historian Stephen looked at the channel as a way to record at least one year of their lives, not just any year either, but life during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It was also a great way to record a piece of social history. This book in front of you developed from that period of their lives, and is a showcase / diary / almanac of all the videos they created, many of the photographs they took, the treasure hunts they went on and some of the incredible finds they discovered just a short walk from where they lived. In truth, those finds would never have been discovered if it was not for lockdown. So for prosperity, social history, a window into Stephen and Yhana's life during the Covid-19 pandemic and a transparent visual look at what its like to create a YouTube channel in that first year including channelytics, descriptions of videos, thumbnail artwork, viewer comments and more. They bring you this full guide, their first joint book - Stephen and Yhana - history and adventure hunters almanac.

With this new collection of poems, Life in Monochrome, Stephen Robert Kuta secures his place as Instagram’s master wordsmith. With his unrivalled lyricism and musicality, Kuta harnesses the short form poem in a way few other writers have, transforming and elevating the everyday into something truly beautiful. Life in Monochrome delves deep into every emotion, proving the universality of human feeling and connecting with readers in an incredibly meaningful way. With poems which share heartbreak, rage, joy and love, Kuta lays himself bare and shares the depths of his feeling with his audience, encouraging them to explore their own emotions on a similarly profound level. With Instagram a very visual and seemingly transient medium, the beauty of these short poems lies in their ability to condense complex ideas and thoughts into only a handful of words. In just a few sparse lines, Kuta vividly captures the human experience and distils it into stunning poetry which appeals to both the eye and ear. This truly is verbal craftsmanship on a level which is extremely rare, with poems reflecting a myriad of feelings which will appeal to readers of all ages and backgrounds. Some are achingly poignant, others express the depth and complexity of love, but all are graced with Kuta’s unique way with words. In an era when we’re warned of shorter attention spans, these neat and concise lyrics sing from both the page and screen and cannot help but capture their readers’ hearts and imaginations.

This literature review has the goals of: (1) reviewing and summarizing the existing research literature on factors which influence the success of collaboration; and (2) reporting the results of the research literature review so that people who want to initiate or enhance a collaborative effort can benefit from the experience of others. The review used computer-based bibliographies, contacted researchers interested in the topic, and tracked down bibliographic references in each document obtained. The scope of the search included the health, social science, education, and public affairs arenas. From the 133 studies examined, the screening excluded those documents that were general "how to" manuals, did not meet the definition of collaboration, or failed to meet other research criteria. After the screening, 18 studies remained and were reviewed carefully. The findings of the studies were blended together to identify 19 factors that influence successful collaboration. Contains 32 references. (EH)
