The data collected at the TeVatron RunIIa have been used to look for supersymmetric charged Higgs boson and Left-Right suspersymmetric doubly charged Higgs boson. No signal of such bosons has been found and this note reports on the current analyses and their observed excluded domains in models parameter space.

This paper presents an overview of recent experimental direct searches for Higgs-boson and beyond-the-standard-model (BSM) physics shown in the plenary session at the SUSY07 conference. The results reported correspond to an integrated luminosity of up to 2 fb−1 of Run II data from p{bar p} collisions collected by the CDF and D0 experiments at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. Searches covered include: the standard model (SM) Higgs boson (including sensitivity projections), the minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model (MSSM), charged Higgs bosons and extended Higgs models, supersymmetric decays that conserve R-parity, gauge-mediated supersymmetric breaking models, long-lived particles, leptoquarks, extra gauge bosons, extra dimensions, and finally signature-based searches. Given the excellent performance of the collider and the continued productivity of the experiments, the Tevatron physics potential looks very promising for discovery in the coming larger data sets. In particular, the Higgs boson could be observed if its mass is light or near 160 GeV.

With almost 0.5 fb{sup -1} of p{bar p}-collisions delivered in Tevatron Run II, both experiments CDF and D0 are reporting first results from a vast number of search analyses. This article summarizes the current status of Tevatron searches for Higgs bosons within the Standard Model and its extensions as well as direct searches for supersymmetric particles. Signatures for production of squarks, gluinos, charginos and neutralinos as predicted by gravity- and gauge-mediated SUSY breaking scenarios have been considered. No evidence for Higgs bosons or SUSY particles has been found so far. New limits are derived which significantly improve on existing limits.

Theoretical frameworks beyond the standard model predict a rich Higgs sector with multiple charged and neutral Higgs bosons. Both the CDF II and D0 experiments at the Tevatron have analyzed 1 fb−1 of p{bar p} collisions at (square root)s = 1.96TeV in search of Higgs boson production. A complete suite of results on searches for neutral, charged, and fermiophobic Higgs bosons limit the allowed production rates and constrain extended models, including the minimal supersymmetric standard model.

Recent preliminary results obtained by the CDF and D0 Collaborations on searches for Higgs bosons beyond the Standard Model at Run II of the Tevatron are discussed. The data, corresponding to integrated luminosities of up to 1 fb−1, are compared to theoretical expectations. No significant excess of signal above the expected background is observed in any of the various final states examined, and so limits at 95% Confidence Level (CL) are presented.

The search for the Higgs boson is one of the main goals in High Energy Physics and one of the highest priorities at Run II of the Tevatron. There are many alternative Higgs boson models beyond the SM, including Supersymmetry (SUSY) and Fermiophobic Higgs bosons, which can actively be probed at the Tevatron, and in the absence of an excess constrained. The latest limits for several SUSY searches are presented in Section 2 and for the Fermiophobic Higgs boson searches in Section 3. More information on all these searches, along with the latest results, can be found on the CDF and D0 public results webpages. Results are presented for beyond the Standard Model Higgs boson searches using up to 4.2 fb−1 of data from Run II at the Tevatron. No significant excess is observed in any of the channels so 95% confidence level limits are presented.

We present results of a direct search for charged Higgs production from[ital p][ital[anti p]] collisions at[radical]s= 1.8 TeV at Fermilab's Tevatron collider using the CDF detector. An expanded Higgs sector containing charged Higgs bosons is a persistent feature of candidate theories to replace the Standard Model. The minimal supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model, for example predicts that the dominant decay mode of the top quark is[ital t][r-arrow] H[sup+][ital b][r-arrow][tau][sup+][ital vb] for large values of tan[Beta]. We use the hadronic decays of the tau lepton in this channel to exclude charged Higgs bosons with M[sub H[sup[+-]]][lt] 140 GeV/c[sup 2] for large tan[Beta].
