"This publication has been developed by the Nebraska Supreme Court to assist counties and municipalities in planning and providing facilities in which the courts may operate effectively and efficiently. It is designed to be a resource for judges, county officials, and architects who are anticipating renovation of existing facilities as well as those who plan to construct new courtrooms or courthouses. The procedures outlined shoul help to provide facilities for courts which are flexible while also reflecting the importance of the judiciary and the courts in each community" (page 1).
