Issue 09 July-August-September 2016 The Creation Of Fluid And Gas Mechanics Basis In The Micro-Cracked Channel R.S. Gurbanov, M.A. Mammadova, A.A. Hajiyev There are experimental investigations of the fluids flow in the small-sized channels, the hydraulic resistances results of which are more than the estimated ones according to theoretical formulas and different supposed explanations without the quantitative evolution have been given in the reference. Taking into consideration this situation in the mechanics we were conducted the experiments in special developed unit with different fluids: water, viscous and anomalous oils. The results of the numerous experimental investigations for deter- mining new effect of fluid mechanics in the micro-cracked channels have been given in this work. Firstly the experimental-estimated methodology in the “micro-crack fluid” system has been proposed and realized for the quantita- tive estimation of the hydraulic resistances. This approach allows to conduct hydrodynamic engineering estimations for fluids flow in the fractured-porous medium, in the mechanical engineering, in the lubrication systems of instrument engineering and also for solutions of the sealing problems in different branches of industry and medicine. Multi-Criterial Estimation Of The Level Of Corrosion Damage Of The Gas-Pipeline Areas In The Ambiguous Expert Opinions S.A. Aghammadova The linguistic model has-been developed for the estimation of the corrosion damage level of the gas-pipeline areas in the optimistic and the pessimistic expert opinions of the influencing factors. For solving of the given task generalization of the method of multi-criterial choice of the best alternative in the case of rules of fuzzy productions has been chosen, antecedents and consequents of which have been by fuzzy sets with multi-semi functions of belonging. Wavelet Method For Solving Problems Of Unsteady Fluid Filtration In The Crack-Porous Ring Type Formation O.A. Dyshin Based on the multiple-scale analysis in L^2(R^3) using discrete wavelet transform with separable orthonormal basis we’ve developed a method of sustainable approximate calculation of the classical solution of the initial-boundary value problem of unsteady fluid filtration in the crack-porous ring-type formation. The problem is reduced to solving ill-posed problem of finding the solution of linear polynomial equation given inaccurate data, when the approximate solution constructed by regularization method is stable with respect to error in differential equations ratios and boundary conditions set up, as well as set up right member falseness. Decision Making In The Multi-Criteria Problems Of Alternatives Using The Bayesian Interval Inference Methods R.F. Hajiyeva The Bayesian inference method is used in the decision process of the multi-criteria problems using the strength of information on the product rules. Using these mechanisms the point and interval estimates of the posterior probabilities are built on their prior probabilities, derived from the composite aggregation rules of the alternative description information of the decision-maker preferences defined by a fuzzy expert judgements. These decision logic is applied to the problem of selecting a candidate on the vacant faculty position in university Comparative Analysis Of Trading Systems Performances With Respect To Transaction Cost E.J. Janahmadov The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the performance of trading rules applied to the underlying and derivative products. Three different trading market indictors were chosen from the range of trading rules according to their performance relatively to Dow Jones Industrial Average. On the basis of these technical indicators the automated trading systems were developed and then applied to the underlying instrument such Dow Jones Industrial Average. The performances of trading systems and profit/loss indexes were compared and analyzed. The results are compared with “buy-and-hold” strategy and performance of underlying security. The results of the research intend to show the effect of the transactions costs on the performance of trading systems and optimal could be applied to invest into underlying or derivatives of underlying.

Issue 01 Oct-Nov-Dec 2013 The Multi-Fructural Analysis Of Fatigue Failure Under Friction Process A.M. Pashayev, A.Kh. Janahmadov, O.A. Dyshin, M.Y. Javadov The article shows the need to combine approaches of synergetics and fractals in the study of friction and wear in the frictional contact, due to fact that dissipative structures, self-organising in the open systems, are known to have a fractal behaviour The multi-fractal concept allows to introduce new quantitative structures, characterised by a spectrum of generalised fractal dimensions and reflected by the degree of randomness. Different levels of structure (micro-, mesa- and macro-scale) are described in the framework of multi-fractal analysis. A procedure to calculate the multi-fractal dimension of this structure is developed and the results of the numerical calculations are submitted.Research Of Loading Distribution On Coils Of Running Pair Of The LatchN.H.JavadovIt is given the calculation procedure of distribution of pressure on coils of running pair of latch at various loading schemes. Recommendations are provided for the choice of loading schemes of running pair, which ensures more uniform distributions and therefore, considerably reduces the wear of coils by means of constructive changes in a latch. Modeling And Forecasting The Financial Markets Using Theory Of Deterministic Chaos And Fractals S.M. Javadova This paper presents the results of the multi-fractal analysis based on the wavelet transformation, which can be considered as method of studying the spectral correlation properties of various processes, including non-stationary. Comparative experience with methods MFFA (multi-fractal fluctuation analysis) and WTMM (wavelet transform modulus maxima) in studying of the multi-fractal properties of signals of time function shows that MFFA method is more reliable and robust. As an instrument of the ‘local’ study of time function structure, WTMM allows to evaluate the correlation properties of random processes in comparison with a short signal. Surface Structures Of Frictional Materials On Asbestosfree Base M.I. Aliyev Development of asbestosfree composite materials on petroleum coke base enabled to obtain environmentally sound products with sufficiently high physical, mechanical and tribotechnical characteristics. The materials have been analyzed/tested from the perspective of physicochemical friction mechanics in the breaking mode through the differential-thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGM), supplemented with the study of friction materials structure. The thermogravimetric analysis findings indicated that decomposition of the new asbestosfree friction material begins after 14 minutes at 3000C.

Javadov The paper assesses the type of irregularities of type bursts and disastrous wear during operation of the tested CU equipment. Using the flicker-noise spectroscopy (FNS), which is used to estimated the parameters of the singular component of the power spectrum of the signal and find significant changes in the dimensionless parameters of unsteadiness providing an indication of the approaching moments of a catastrophic deterioration of the equipment. Mineral Composition And Textural-Structural Peculiarities Of Ore, And Mineral Formation Stage Of The Gedabey Gold-Copper Deposit (Lesser Caucasus) M. Aliyev, G. Huseynov The mineral composition and textural and structural characteristics of ores are studied, also the phases and stages of mineralization, which are an important source of information on the conditions of formation of the deposit, time allocation of gold and its spatial association with certain mineral assemblages and associations. Consideration of these issues can come to an understanding of the factors behind the differences in the scale and extent of gold deposits of various types, as well as to form a mineralogical search features gold-bearing mineralization. Development Of Decision-Making Algorithm On Efficiency Of Operators And Traffic Controllers Of Air Transport Based On Their Psycho-Physiological Conditions And Productivities R.M. Jafarzade, T.R. Jafarzade By processing the data on the human-operator active performance with respect to their psycho-physiological conditions and productivities in the human-machine systems, we developed the algorithm for the possibilities of further execution of their (operator) duties in the incomplete and unclear initial data. Using fuzzy clustering and the interval fuzzy sets of the second type, and the coordinated assessment of expert opinions on the binary relationship of objects from the class with recommendations on the further implementation of their activities, we obtained the individual assessment of the alternative recommendations for each of the tested objects from the set of objects. The calculation for the experimental data is provided. The proposed approach can be used for the adaptive selection of recommendations on the continuation of duties of air operators and air traffic controllers by taking into account the dynamic of changes of their psycho-physiological states and productivities. Management Of Portfolio Of Securities On The Basis Of Minimization Of The Conditional Expected Losses S.M. Javadova On the basis of a method of empirical averages for the general problem of stochastic programming, convergence of the solution of an approximating task to the solution of a problem of conditional minimization of the expected losses when forming an investment portfolio is proved. Numerical calculations on a concrete example of two joint stock companies are received by means of the program of linear programming in MATLAB system.
