The San Luis Proposed Resource Management Plan identifies the future management of BLM-administered lands and subsurface minerals within the San Luis Resource Area in south-central Colorado. The proposed plan is a modified version of the Preferred Alternative presented in the Draft San Luis Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (RMP/EIS), published in September 1989.
