For the believer in the pew, the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ needs no other introduction than that it is the most avoided Book of Scripture that few feel capable of navigating and understanding on their own. A Commentary on the Book of Revelation - Volume 2 The author presents a detailed study of the Book of Revelation emphasizing prophetic themes from the rest of the Bible which find their fulfillment in Revelation. To understand this controversial book, the author explores the many connections between the visions seen by the Apostle John and previous prophetic revelation given to Old Testament prophets such as Daniel, Ezekiel, and others. It is the author's conviction that an understanding of related passages elsewhere in the Bible is the most important key to unlocking the bewildering variety of interpretations which often accompany the study of the last book of the Bible. The commentary is linked to a free companion internet course providing an additional 70 hours of audio instruction linked to almost 1,000 slides.

Revelation: Written in Layman's Terms, Volume 1, covers chapters 1""19; however, chapters 4 and 5 deals with events in heaven. Chapters 6""19 deal with events on earth in detail, such as the significance of the seventy weeks and the beginning of the Tribulation period. In chapter 1:3, it states: "Blessed is he that 1) readeth, and they that 2) hear the words of this prophecy, and 3) keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand." The blessing of verse 3 has a threefold condition: 1) read the book, 2) hear (understand) it; and 3) keep (obey) it. The essential nature of prophecy was the communication of new truth (divine revelation). God has given it to be obeyed, not simply to be discussed and debated. The time is at hand in the sense that nothing else now has to occur before the Rapture and the beginning of the Tribulation period (1 Thess. 4:13""18), same as Rev. 4:1.

The book of Revelations is outlined in five sections: I.Chapters 1-3, the church age.II.Chapters 4-5, events in Heaven.III.Chapters 6-19, events of the future tribulation.IV.Chapter 20, events of the millennium.V.Chapters 21-22, events of the new Heavens and new Earth. Those left behind on the earth begin to experience the tribulation in Chapters 6-19. Jesus returned to the earth with a heavenly host for the 1000 year reign during the Millennium in Chapter 20. Finally, in Chapters 21-22, the enemies of God have already been defeated and there is no more curse. The book of Revelations in the bible is a story of triumph for the church and a book of judgment for those who did not receive the free salvation offered through the suffering, death, resurrection, and ascension into Heaven, of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After two years of studying and teaching the book of Revelations to a few in a small country church, I felt led by God to share this information with many more. The Revelation of Jesus Christ Revealed, answered most of my questions about the book of Revelations. I pray that it does the same for you.

Many people struggle with the book of Revelation because it is filled with strange symbols, numbers and bizarre images of beasts and visions. A blessing is promised (Rev 1:3) to all who read it but it cannot be received if one is intimidated by engaging the book. The key to understanding it lies in the context in which it was written which is the Old Testament. This book attempts to open up the reader to greater understanding of the book by giving the Old Testament references that John's readers would have been familiar with for the passages the Holy Spirit inspired John to write. .

Not found on any map, the Valley of Decision is a place of indecision—a quagmire of noncommitment, stalling forward motion. It’s the anxious middle place, whose occupants include the multitudes who are still not sure what exactly to do with Jesus Christ. Polarized by life and the ways of the world, they stand here unconvinced, at the end of times, when wickedness is great and the harvest is ripe. Yet perhaps knowing more about what tomorrow brings would help those still undecided make the clear choice to freely stand with God. The Revelation of Jesus Christ—Standing in the Valley of Decision explores the book of Revelation as the source of God’s true prophecy for what our future holds. Authors David and Denise Hall offer verse-by-verse commentaries on Christ’s revelation, omitting nothing and using the Bible to interpret itself with scriptural citations supporting every point. Believers are invited to take notes and engage in active Bible study as they learn how end-time prophecies are being fulfilled today. In what time is left, the choice is clear, personal, and simple: freely stand with God and have your sins washed away and your ransom paid, or face the eternal consequence of separation. Choose now and soon, because the time of His return draws near. The time to study Revelation is now, and The Revelation of Jesus Christ—Standing in the Valley of Decision will help all those seeking truth in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
