The State laws nothing to do Witlr our legislation! Why they are the very means on which our agents rely to move the Indians. It is the argument first and last on theirtongues. The President uses it; the Secretary uses it; the Commissioners use it - The States have passed the laws. You cannot live under them. We cannot, and shall not protect you f1om them.
