New ideas of development, new policies, and emphasis on their efficient execution began in the 21st century, but the fruits of development are still evading the majority of rural populations, especially women. There is now a dualism about sex (men and women). While official surveys do not show the poor health conditions of women appreciably, there is widespread evidence that interaction between many social forces outside the health sector inhibits jointly the chances of women for improving their health status. Researchers thought that women’s needs were not recognized by the health care system. Women play an essential role in the process of economic growth. How an economy can flourish if women are not healthy? How can unhealthy women achieve economic status? How women’s health relates to income and expenditure.
