Documents from proceedings instituted by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission against the Wholesale Tobacco & Cigar Dealers Association of Philadelphia, Pa., the American Tobacco Company, and others alleging price fixing and other actions in restraint of trade. Commission's findings appealed to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where they were reversed.
