"'The State of Wisconsin's Paper Industry' was the first document prepared as part of the paper industry economic cluster initiative. It provided a general overview of the pulp and paper industry nationally and in Wisconsin and highlighted some of the key factors affecting the economic health of the industry at this time. 'The State of Wisconsin's Paper Industry: Recommendations for Action' follows up on the initial report and provides general recommendations for action by the industry and/or government. These recommendations were developed cooperatively with other stakeholders and are intended to provide a strategic plan for maintaining and enhancing the economic health of Wisconsin's paper industry." --
