M. Crump and S. H. Wiley to act as Secre taries. The Committee on proxies reported as follows: The num ber of stockholders represented in person 28 by proxy 269 whole number of shares owned by individuals, whole number of shares represented in person and by proxy, It appearing that a majority of the individual stock was represented by the requisite number of stockholders, either in person or by proxy, On motion of G. W. Welker, the organization was made permanent. The President announced the meeting duly organized and ready to proceed to business.
