And when the birthday includes a surprise party, what could be better! Peter Rabbit is celebrating his birthday. His Mom's busy making a special cake and lots of goodies for a surprise birthday party. She's also busy baking apple pies to send to the new neighbor and welcome them into the neighborhood. Fortunately, two of her friends drop by and pitch in to help. Peter decides to go out to play. When he returns, covered in mud from playing in the pond, his mother tells him to hurry and clean up for his birthday celebrations.
