Such comments may assist one in the selection of present-day literature of the subject. Recognizing the fact that this index is quite limited in numbers of titles, that many important ones are not given, and that in future many more will be published, this volume is prepared with blank leaves between the printed pages, so that those who desire may at their pleasure add other useful titles not on the printed page.
