For more than two decades, the artist Renée Green has created an impressive body of work in which language is an essential element. Green is also a prolific writer and a major voice in the international art world. Other Planes of There gathers for the first time a substantial collection of the work she wrote between 1981 and 2010. The selected essays initially appeared in publications in different countries and languages, making their availability in this volume a boon to those wanting to follow Green's artistic and intellectual trajectory. Charting this cosmopolitan artist’s thinking through the decades, Other Planes of There brings essays, film scripts, reviews, and polemics together with reflections on Green's own artistic practice and seminal artworks. It immerses the reader in three decades of contemporary art showcasing the art and thought, the incisive critiques and prescient observations of one of our foremost artists and intellectuals. Sound, cinema, literature, time-based media, and the relationship between art forms and other forms of knowledge are just a few of the matters that Green takes up and thinks through. Sixty-four pages of color plates were selected by the artist for this lavishly illustrated volume.

Inspired by the breakthrough channeled series The Law of One, Buddhist teacher Barbara Brodksy sent its author, Carla L. Rueckert, some transcriptions of her own material. Struck by Brodsky’s lucid, witty, and fearless channeling, Rueckert invited Brodsky to co-channel a conversation between their spirit teachers, Q’uo and Aaron. Developed from the transcripts of nine weekends of joint channeling, The Aaron/Q’uo Dialogues: An Extraordinary Conversation between Two Spiritual Guides offers teachings from a “positive polarity” perspective, and provides answers to a wide range of spiritual questions, such as: • “What is the spiritual path and how do we live it?” • “Why do seemingly bad things happen to people who are trying to follow the dictates of love?” • “How do we open the heart?” Offering wise solutions to the major problems that prevent people from living with more awareness and compassion, these conversations offer the spiritual seeker a valuable template for a life of spiritual peace. Barbara Brodsky is a nationally known Buddhist teacher and the founder of Deep Spring Center. www.deepspring.org. Carla L. Rueckert is best known for her channeling of The Law of One, also called The Ra Material. www.llresearch.org

In October of 1933 a plane carrying seven people exploded and crashed over Chesterton, Indiana, on its way to Chicago, killing all on board. The crash shocked the small community of Chesterton, but what really shocked the country was the revelation that it was a bomb that brought the plane down. The airline industry was new, and the news of a bomb was potentially disastrous to an industry that was still trying to prove itself safe to a skeptical public and that was also experiencing labor problems with its pilots and mechanics. The man in charge of the investigation as none other than Melvin Purvis, the G-man in charge of the Chicago FBI office and the man who would become a superstar for bringing down John Dillinger. However, what no one knew was that pressure from J. Edgar Hoover to capture bank robbers and gangsters, plus Hoover’s petty jealousy over the increasing popularity of Purvis, made life in the Chicago FBI office a living hell as Purvis and his men juggled dozens of cases while also trying to find a culprit in the Chesterton plane bombing. It is a mystery that remains to this day, but hardly anyone knows about it. For the first time, author Bryan Alaspa explores the FBI files, presents the evidence the investigators found, and presents the story of what was happening behind-the-scenes at the FBI. For the first time, the story of the Chesterton Crash is told. Today, we would say that the incident was the first case of terrorism against a commercial airliner. Back then, they just called it SABOTAGE.

And he emerges from the storm a very different boy. In 2044, Herron High student Pris Devrees jolts awake after having a strange nightmare about a boy named Tommy and a house in the neighborhood the locals affectionally call "The Murder House." When she ventures to the house to better understand her vivid dreams, she happens upon an old self-help book that she soon realizes is a guide to trans-dimensional travel.
