Las viejas estructuras han caído, o se encuentran en proceso de demolición, y las recetas magistrales de antaño tienen que ser reescritas con fórmulas docentes innovadoras que permitan al alumnado posicionarse en la vanguardia universitaria de cara a su futuro, ya sea éste laboral, investigador o docente. Con estas inquietudes y certezas, la de un mundo antiguo que ya ha caído y uno nuevo que se encuentra en construcción, la apuesta por la innovación en los nuevos marcos docentes de la educación superior ya no es una prioridad de futuro, sino que debe constituirse en el escenario presente para todas aquellas instituciones que quieran sobrevivir.
