Was an amazing slow burn and had a few twists in it that I wasn't expecting but it kept me on the edge of my seat. When I read M.J.'s debut novel "Falling For Temptation" - which is the first book in the "Good Ol' Boys" series - I felt the urge to start reading more and more romance novels again & it feels so good! her writing is so good and it always makes me not want to put her books down. It can be read as a stand alone, but your going to want to read them all. It was hard for me to put this book down. There wasn't much that I did not love about this nerd boy/popular girl, opposites attract, college romance, slow burn novel. I enjoyed getting to see more of Levi and Kenna's individual stories, their relationship journey, and a slight glimpse of Harley and Adam's continuing storyline. I laughed, I cried, I was happy and I was also very sad for both Kenna and Levi.
