This book describes a number of sites around Western Australia where one can see wildflowers, birds and other wildlife. Included are National Parks, Nature Reserves and other Bushland sites. In addition mention is made of a variety of interesting historical and other sites that can be visited many of which are good for natural history exploration.In addition to the sites described there are many others that could be visited, so many, that it is not possible to mention them all in this volume. Wildflowers can also be seen along roadside verges. All the areas described have been frequently visited by the author. Although throughout the book mention is made of the plant life to be seen, all areas of course are good for birds and other wildlife.The various National Parks and nature reserves are illustrated with photographs of species that can be found in the respective areas.
