A separate current population report presenting an analysis of subnational population distribution is planned for later this yr. The second section contains estimates methodology (with appendixes), followed by a third section of detailed tables of U.S., region, division, and state population estimates for 1990 to 1994. The population figures have been rounded to the nearest thousands without being adjusted to group totals, which are independently rounded.
