The Flight Operations Coordinator Course is designed to provide enlisted personnel with a working knowledge of scheduling and coordinating aircraft flights and related administrative support functions. Seven weeks are scheduled; however, training is self-paced and completion times vary. This evaluation was initiated to determine if the course as presently designed and conducted is providing students with necessary knowledge and skills to meet objectives in a satisfactory manner. Systematic development procedures have been followed throughout all phases and, No major deficiencies were noted. The Training Extension Course and Army Correspondence Course programs are well managed. Overall, the course is adequate for attainment of stated objectives.
