I You are well aware of the forward steps that our church has taken in recent years and the share that the New Era Movement has had in these forward-looking and progressive efforts. Within our own Synod, during the past year, the work has moved forward slowly. The Presbyterial Chairmen have been faithful in the promotion of the work, but many of the churches have not reached their apportionments. Zeal has been lacking, but we believe it has been rekindled again as a result of the Stony Brook Conference. As a Committee we strongly recommend that three things be stressed.
